Roger Wolford, Jr. faces 10 years for aggravated robbery

On July 10, 2010, Roger Wolford, Jr. approached the car of a 38-year-old male who was stopped at an ATM located at 11500 Clifton, in Cleveland.

Roger Wolford, Jr. asked the victim “Can I ask you a question?” and jumped into the victim’s car pulling out a knife and demanding cash. The victim began to defend himself. Roger Wolford fell out of the car and fled on foot.

Police apprehended Roger Wolford, Jr. a short time later while touring the area. On August 13, 2010, Roger Wolford, Jr. pleaded guilty to the indictment: one count of aggravated robbery. He faces a maximum of 10 years in prison.

Roger Wolford, Jr.’s sentencing is scheduled for 1:30 pm in front of Judge Timothy McGinty.
