Ocean air is invigorating. Add a run, a trainer, and yoga, and you've got all the ingredients for Roga, running plus yoga. This popular workout returns every Saturday morning, from May 31, 2014 through June 21, 2014 at the Santa Monica Pier. Bring your friends. It's free!

Jump-start Saturday morning at 8 a.m. with a run or walk. Meet under the iconic, blue Santa Monica Pier sign at the top of the ramp at Colorado and Ocean to warm-up. Then, take a brisk run or walk around the beach and pier areas. Choose the 2 or 5 mile course.

Restore yourself with a free yoga class every Saturday morning at 9 a.m. lead by some of best instructors in town. Bring your own yoga mat, and meet at the far west end of the pier. Hold that pose while you gaze at the sea. All levels are welcome. Christi Christensen leads the May 31st class. Eden Goldman from Yoga Doctors Mandarim teaches the course June 7th. Sarah Ivanhoe, who you might recognize from helping Dr. Drew on Celebrity Rehab, takes over June 14th. Terra Gold from Terra Wellness and Yoga Doctors blends ancient tradition with modern therapeutic variations, offering challenges for each level, on June 21st.

Honest Tea and Clif Bar will be keeping you healthy, happy and hydrated. Run over.
