In the Atlanta Falcons preseason loss to the Baltimore Ravens on August 16, 2013, Roddy White suffered an ankle injury the first quarter that is now being described as a low-ankle sprain. He did not record any catches in the loss.
"That indicates a not-serious ankle sprain for Roddy White. But expect him to miss some time…. since it's the preseason."

Rapoport also went on to remind us that White has never missed a regular season game - a streak which currently stands at an astounding 128 straight games
So take a deep breath Falcons fans and fantasy football fanatics, White should be lining up opposite Julio Jones for Atlanta's week one contest against the New Orleans Saints.
Should White be absent for the rest of the preseason, veteran tight end Tony Gonzalez is expected to play in the team's final two games, which should help the Falcons pull out at least one win before the regular season is underway.
The Falcons are set to kick off against the Tennessee Titans on August 24 at 7 p.m. EST. You can watch the game at CBS Atlanta or check back with us next week for further details.
