Rod Stewart reschedules concert date in Philadelphia

Rod Stewart has pushed back his Spring 2013 tour with Steve Winwood to the Fall in order to complete production of his forthcoming album. In Philadelphia, the concert was originally scheduled for April 12 and the new date is December 11 at the Wells Fargo Center.

Ticket holders can use their already purchased tickets for the new date or refunds are available until February 22 at point of purchase.

The album Stewart is working on is the first original rock studio album in almost 20 years.

The new tour will begin October 17 in Greensboro, North Carolina.

The last time Rod Stewart played Philadelphia was April 5, 2011 with Stevie Nicks at the Wells Fargo Center.
