Have you readied your bicycle for the first ride of the season yet? This weekend is the perfect time to dust it off and bring it to Invesco Field for the Rocky Mountain Bicycle Festival. Bring the entire family out for this fun, free outing.
There will be a kid’s bicycle parade at noon both days and a cruiser parade Saturday at 4pm. Gold Sprints competitions, kid’s lessons and an art corner will be ongoing both days. Breathe yoga will give yoga lessons at the top of every hour to help you .
The Rocky Mountain Bicycle Festival will feature free clinics every hour, beginning at 10:30am. Want to get tips on fit or position? Do you have questions about the Physiology of training or the best way to integrate the internet into your bike routine. See the below list for these exciting free clinics and many others:
10.30-11.30: Bike Fit w/Full Cycle
11.30-12.30: Coaching for the Recreational Rider w/ Optimize Endurance
12.30-1.30: Fit, Position and Technique Clinic
1.30-2.30: Bike Quick Fits w/ Full Cycle
2.30-3.30: Physiology of Training w/ Optimize Endurance
3:30-4:30: Clean and Lube Clinic w/ Full Cycle
4:30-5:30: Using Technology & the Internet for Training w/ Optimize Endurance
This event is held concurrently with the Denver Century Ride. Ride two days on courses ranging from 5 to 100 miles. Courses are available for all skill levels.
