Now that both versions of Grand Theft Auto V have now received a title update for GTA Online after the Xbox 360 patch was pushed live last night, Rockstar Games has revealed that they are already at work on additional fixes for game’s online mode. Game Informer reported on Oct 5 that the developer is looking into instances where players have lost apartments, money, and character progress in order to see if anything can be done about such losses.
Furthermore, fans should now be better safeguarded against future issues where items would go missing as the live update addressed these problems. This should allow gamers to play GTA Online more reliably, without the fear that they will lose their character, money, or property. Other tweaks were also made to the general server stability of GTA Online which should foster a smother online experience.
GTA Online is now live for Grand Theft Auto V on the Xbox 360 and Playstation 3. Those who already own the base game can now use the in-game character select wheel to connect to the online service for free.
