Super Bowl Sunday has become an unofficial American holiday. Whether you are throwing a Super Bowl Party or just attending someone else’s celebration and looking for something to bring, this Rockin’ Reuben Dip is sure to draw cheers from the crowd.
Rockin' Reuben Super Bowl Party Dip
You will need:
½ lb of thinly sliced corned beef
6 – 8 slices of swiss cheese
6 – 8 slices of cheddar cheese
14 oz. can of sauerkraut
¾ cup of mayonnaise
Mini-loaf of sliced party rye bread
Putting it together:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Cut the corned beef and cheese into small, roughly one inch, squares. Toss cut corned beef and cheese into a bowl with well-drained sauerkraut and mayonnaise. Mix all ingredients using a large spoon. Poor into baking dish (around two quart capacity).
3. Bake, uncovered for, about 20 minutes (until cheese is melted and heated through).
4. Serve with party rye bread.
