Rocker legend Vinnie Paul of HELLYEAH! hosted his 50th Birthday Bash at Vinyl

Vinnie Paul, drummer in the heavy metal group HELLYEAH, along with many of his friends and family members, took over the Vinyl Nightclub for an incredible birthday celebration on Wednesday night, March 11. Las Vegas-based rock band Sin City Sinners with Slash bassist Todd Kerns performed a cover of Guns N’ Roses song “Welcome to the Jungle.” Special guests joined the performers on stage throughout the night including Guns N’ Roses lead guitarist DJ Ashba, LA Guns vocalist Phil Lewis, Papa Roach drummer Tony Palermo, Ace Frehley drummer Scot Coogan, Chris Phillips (aka Zowie Bowie) Armored Saint and DC4 guitarist Jeff Duncan and more, to perform some of the greatest rock ‘n’ roll songs. Paul, who was celebrating, was surprised with a customized birthday cake shaped as a HELLYEAH bass drum and drumsticks.

Additional celebrity guests in attendance included Las Vegas Strip headliner Frankie Moreno, actor Brian Thomas, profesional dancer Lacey Schwimmer (formerly of Dancing with the Stars), Asia frontman John Payne, Quiet Riot vocalist Paul Shortino, Whitesnake guitarist Doug Aldrich, Lynch Mob vocalist Andrew Freeman, musician Zachary Throne, FOX’s “American Idol” finalist Jasmine Trias, singer and magician Ben Stone and more.
