Some of the hottest Christian music artists are invading Universal Studios Florida this weekend for Rock the Universe this Friday and Saturday evening. This hard-ticket event features such notable names as Casting Crowns, Chris Tomlin, Switchfoot, and Tenth Avenue North.
In addition to the main acts, Universal Orlando Resort also features the FanZone, a place where you can get up close and personal with performers like Dara Maclean, OBB, Love & The Outcome, and Alma Vertical.
You can see the whole schedule in the graphic accompanying this article. In addition to the concerts, which run on two stages (Music Plaza and Hollywood), you can take in a special worship service on Sunday morning, as well as a touching candlelight ceremony. The worship service is free with your Rock the Universe ticket, but you'll need to make a reservation because of its high popularity.
Major rides like Transformers and the Hollywood Rip Ride Rockit roller coaster are also open during the two nights of Rock the Universe, which runs from 4 p.m. to 1 a.m. each night, but the concert schedule is so busy that you'll probably spend all your time rushing to catch all your favorite artists.
Tickets are available for one or both nights. It's $54.99 plus tax for a single night and $79.99 plus tax for both Friday and Saturday. As you can see, if you come both nights, the price break is significant.
