Today started just like any other Friday does, but in Las Vegas you never know what will happen next. Located inside a sound booth right outside of the Rouge Lounge at the MGM Grand Hotel a bunch of campers from Rock ‘n’ Roll Fantasy Camp were playing away.
This is pretty normal. What wasn’t normal was rock icons Roger Daltrey and Dave Navarro showing up to jam with them. We are talking the founder and lead singer of the legendary band The Who and the infamous Jane’s Addiction’s guitarist.
This wasn’t just a random occurrence as Daltrey and Navarro are camp counselors at the best camp in town. Rock ‘n’ Roll Fantasy Camp allows anyone to rock out with some of the hottest names in the industry.
Fans swarmed around the booth trying to get photos of these iconic rock stars. During all the chaos the campers continued to jam as if this was a normal occurrence. Finally when the song was done Roger and Dave stepped out of the booth so that the public and media could get their photos.
Roger Daltrey and Dave Navarro are just the tip of the proverbial iceberg. Tonight, the Rouge Lounge at the MGM Grand Hotel turns into a rock ‘n’ roll hotspot. As the Rock ‘n’ Roll Fantasy Camp’s campers get to rock the stage with people like Kip Winger, Ron Keel, Teddy Andreadis, Vinny Appice, Kane Roberts, and so many more.
