Local good-times rock band English Teeth begins a four-week run at downtown Austin's Club de Ville on August 20.
Joining English Teeth on the lineup for opening night are Under the Sun and Rare Birds. For August 27, it's Screamin’ K Phillips & The Concho Pearls and Dustin Welch.
For the September 3rd show, English Teeth, The Astronaut Suit and Nic Armstrong & The Thieves will take the stage. And the four-week run ends on September 10 with English Teeth, The Memphis Strange and Texas Never Whispers.
The headliners, English Teeth, started playing in 2009 and have been described as a mix of the Rolling Stones and The Clash. The group supports prison rehabilitation non-profit organization 'Jail Guitar Doors' which was founded by Billy Bragg and Wayne Kramer. The shows will all start at 9pm, with no cover charge.
