The Magic House will soon give kids a chance to see robotics in action. If your child is fascinated with robotics or has been wanting to give it a try, the Make-It Workshop Grand Opening Celebration on on May 3 is the place to be.

The Magic House will host robotics teams from FIRST Robotics from 10 a.m.–2 p.m. The teams will show off some of their most amazing robot creations and give kids a first-hand look at the range of possibilities when designing robots.

Kids can then attempt to build a robot on their own using supplies in the Make-It Workshop. The event is free with regular Magic House admission.

For more information on robotics, check out the summer robotics program through Maryville University or the Lego Robotics programs through Bricks 4 Kidz.
