Fans of Robin Roberts were happy this morning to see her appear on Good Morning America. Roberts looked the picture of health and was greeted by many who appeared in front of the Good Morning America building this morning.
Roberts shared recently that she had planned to return to Good Morning America because she felt well enough to do so, following her bone marrow transplant. Readers may recall that Robin was at first diagnosed with and treated for breast cancer. Following treatment for breast cancer, Roberts was able to return to work.
Later diagnosed with MDS, Roberts left the air while undergoing treatment. Following her bone marrow transplant, Roberts said she had a plan in place to return to Good Morning America. More information about the treatment Roberts received for MDS may be read here.
