Robin Roberts make return to 'Good Morning America' (Video)

Robin Roberts was back at it on the set of ‘Good Morning America’ Thursday morning for a doctor approved ‘dry run’ before returning full-time. This was the first time she has been back since undergoing a bone marrow transplant surgery.

It was last week, that Roberts came out and said she would be doing a series of these doctor-approved ‘dry runs’ before coming back on a permanent basis.
Roberts revealed last year that she had been diagnosed with myelodysplastic syndromes, a rare blood and bone marrow disorder.

She has been on medical leave since the end of August in preparation for her transplant which happened on September 20. In what was nothing short of a miracle Roberts' bone marrow transplant was possible thanks to her sister, Sally-Ann, whose marrow was a perfect match.

"My doctors want me to see how many people I actually come in contact with," Roberts said ... "How my body reacts to the stimulation, that's code word for stress, of being in the studio environment."

Roberts stated that she should be returning to the show full-time in mid 2013.
