Where is Robin Roberts? The "Good Morning America" co-anchor worried fans when she wasn't on the morning show this week -- but fear not! Roberts is doing just fine. She's actually on vacation, enjoying some R&R in Hawaii. On Aug. 20, Roberts tweeted that she was heading to the beach -- and if you look through her Twitter feed, she has been tweeting while on vacation all week.
"Dear friends out on the water in Maui...comforting being surrounded by so much love. Just another day in Maui paradise. A blessed Sunday to all. XO," Roberts said in a series of tweets over the weekend.
Robin Roberts, 52, has been blessed with health since overcoming her battle with myelodysplastic syndrome. She had a bone marrow transplant as well as several rounds of chemotherapy but she is a survivor. Naturally fans worry when they don't see Roberts on "GMA" but this time everything is A-OK and Roberts is doing well.
Roberts really deserves this vacation. She had been battling back against her disease up until a couple of months ago and it appears as though she's finally feeling well enough to play tennis and lay out on the beach. You can't help but feel happy for her.
Robin Roberts hasn't left "Good Morning America." She will return to her anchor seat after her sunny vaca.
