Robin Quivers made her triumphant return to the Howard Stern Show studio on Wednesday morning after a 17 month battle with cancer.

Quivers appeared vibrant and healthy on Wednesday morning's show, saying that this morning had felt like "any other day" when she's slogged through the early morning hours to broadcast with Stern over the past 30 plus years. Stern seemed energized by his queen's return as well.
"Never get sick again," said Stern. "I could never be without you again."
Quivers' physical presence has been absent from Studio 69 since May 2012, when she revealed that doctors had found a grapefruit sized tumor pressing on her bladder and were anxious to operate as soon as possible. Quivers returned to the air by broadcasting from home via ISDN line a few weeks later, but the absence of her person in studio had Stern Show fans confused, worried and totally in the dark.
In September 2013, Stern and Quivers revealed on air what fans had suspected for some time: that Quivers' absence was due to a difficult treatment regimen with uncertain outcomes. In spite of her initial grim prognosis, Quivers revealed that doctors at Sloan-Kettering Hospital had pronounced her officially "cured."
