Robin Quivers bashes choice of Heidi Klum as fourth 'AGT' judge (Photos)

The Howard Stern Show returned live Monday morning after Stern’s first week of taping “America’s Got Talent” season 8 with new judges Mel B and Heidi Klum, and co-host Robin Quivers had a few choice words about NBC’s selection of Klum as the show’s fourth judge.

“When I heard that Heidi Klum was the new judge, I was like: ‘now I can’t watch the show’. Because what does she mean to me?...She was MARRIED to Seal. She wasn’t Seal. What is her credibility for telling people whether they can be in Las Vegas and do a show?”

Klum was a last minute addition to the “AGT” judges’ panel, landing the gig the day before taping was scheduled to begin. Stern was stingy with details about his two days filming in New Orleans, announcing that he was “punishing” his audience because of all the complaints he received last year that said he spoke about “AGT” too much.
Quivers, on the other hand, had plenty to say.

“It really did hurt when I heard Heidi Klum…I was like: ‘Great. Now I’ve got to sit through her prattle?”

Stern was diplomatic, using phrases like “pretty good” and “fine” to describe Klum’s first days on the “AGT”. Quivers wasn’t having it.

“She was not good. Stop lying,” said Quivers with an audible eye roll.

“America’s Got Talent” season 8 isn’t scheduled to air until the summer of 2013. Stern and his gaggle of co-judges travel to San Antonio, TX next week to see more auditions. See the complete “AGT” season 8 audition schedule here
