While he's back with his on-again, off-again girlfriend, Kristen Stewart, Robert Pattinson claims he wants a little space from her, reports claimed Thursday, March 28.
The famous young couple have been spotted together various times since Rob came back from filming in Australia. However, Radaronline claims that the British actor wants to keep some distance between himself and Kristen.
Apparently, Rob realizes that he still loves Kristen, but is still affected by her affair with director Rupert Sanders last summer. He wants to be with her, but fears she may cheat on him again, a source close to the situation told Radar.
"So, just when it looks like all is going swell," the source added, "his crippling doubts come into play and he questions if he's doing the right thing."
Rob is still hesitant on fully committing to Kristen "and she's being really clingy right now," so he feels "that they don't necessarily have to live in each other's pockets," right now.
The source went on saying that "absence makes the heart grow fonder though, and he feels their relationship will be ultimately stronger if they're not always together."
However, it looks as if Rob is not taking his own advice very well, and he and Kristen continue to be spotted together everywhere they go lately.
Meanwhile, the Radar source is saying that Kristen actually wants to take the summer off and spend every waking moment with Rob. If she manages to keep from straying, it looks like Kristen may get her way...
