Robert Pattinson's long-awaited guest co-hosting gig on The View aired Tuesday morning, and the 'Twilight' star turned 'Remember Me' heartthrob made the ladies around America's chattiest coffee table swoon.
Pattinson, who was recently named one of People Magazine's "Sexiest Men Alive," was making his first The View appearance, and he brought his mother along for protection, to no avail. A stern British mum was no match for the likes of Barbara Walters, who delved into the most intimate rumors about Pattinson right away. Walters asked Robert Pattinson if the statement he'd made in 'Details' magazine about having an "allergy to vaginas" was true. Pattinson replied sweetly:
"I learned two things from that interview. Never try to make a joke during a print interview and never do interviews, ever."
