While Olivia Wilde graces the cover of America's GQ edition, hottie Robert Pattinson steals Australia's front page and the cover boy for the mag's "Most Iconic Men" feature in their 10th year.
So what made the British actor so undeniably tempting that he'd steal the cover of an an Australian mag on their anniversary year?
Decision makers of the GQ magazine said there's just something about R.Patz that made him the golden choice.
“We had intended to keep the covers Australian males because we’ve had such success with Hugh Jackman, Eric Bana and Michael Clarke, but there was something about Robert Pattinson."
Adding, "We got the shoot from the US edition and an exclusive interview with him on set in Italy, and of course the issue is smartly timed around the time the second [Twilight] film comes out.”
The magazine, which hit stands yesterday, has already been scanned into the net sending Pattinson's bloggers buzzing.
From the looks of the cover, Rob shined up nice (credit, Tim Gunn?) and sports a quirky smile and on the floor pose for his part in the feature, where Pattinson talks about fame, the pain with the fame and all the girls that love him.
His talked about privacy issues lately? Pattinson says he's yet to find a safe haven.
"I haven't found a place in the world where I can just sort of disappear," Pattinson told the mag. "I didn't even think I was that recognizable."
Pattinson said he questions his patience and the ability to "behave" in the spotlight - worried he may crack. Pattinson said he feels like he can "never say anything, never be seen".
Adding with jest, R.Patz says while he's never thought of himself as the "perfect guy" he is excited about his upcoming news - The New Moon sequel to Twilight and Remember Me.
As for what makes Robert's heart go pitter-pat? The star says he's never been such a huge fan of someone or something that he goes cuckoo.
"I'm really envious of that," he says. "I would love to have that, that adrenaline rush just from seeing someone."
He adds a clue to his hidden dream, "So I would love to do that, but I have never found anyone."
