Robert Griffin III will bounce back from injury, return to Superman self

We've seen this before, and if history is indication, Robert Griffin III will be returning to the NFL gridiron with a renewed strength and lofty goals as the former Baylor Heisman winner has never been one to shy away from adversity and expectations.

If anyone can do it, Griffin III can.

RG3, as he has become affectionately known in the world of sports, wasn't referred to as 'Superman' without reason when the quarterback donned green and gold during his four years in Waco.

Before he hoisted that coveted Heisman trophy, RG3 suffered a torn ACL during his sophomore season: forcing him to redshirt and rehab.

I was fortunate enough to take a Latin class that summer with Griffin III, and I'll be the first to tell you that this guy is the real deal.

What you see is what you get, and RG3 does whatever it takes to push himself to perfection.

Mark my words: RG3 will return to the NFL with the same speed and charisma that he's always had.

If anything, Griffin III will return stronger, smarter, and quicker than before.

Don't believe me?

Lets just wait until September and we'll see where we stand, but don't begin believing all the negative hype surrounding this upbeat QB.

RG3 is a winner both on and off the field of play, and I have no doubt whatsoever that he'll be back and greater than before when he hits the Washington gridiron next season.

If anyone can do it, Griffin III can...
