LOS ANGELES, CA -- Just in time for Christmas Day, actor and recording artist Robert Davi's benefit single, 'Mistletoe and Holly," lightened hearts and lifted the spirits of many music lovers when a lively public service announcement appeared on YouTube.
Produced by News Archives International, the 9:12 video features Davi, The Salvation Army's Major George Hood, celebrity host Mario Lopez and the American pop/rock band Hanson, among others.
Video was captured during The Salvation Army's Rock the Red Kettle Concert at Universal CityWalk in Hollywood on December 17.
Video for the high-quality PSA was captured by an award-winning international news crew, consisting of videographers Eddie Jung, Aditya Nair and Eric Arellano.
During the concert, the crew follows an exhausted and jet-lagged Davi backstage as he rests with four of his five children, who surround him lovingly in support.
Since his alliance with The Salvation Army, Davi has been relentless in his effort to help and promote the benevolent organization.
All of Davi's proceeds from the iTunes and Amazon $0.99 download of 'Mistletoe and Holly' benefit The Salvation Army's 120th Red Kettle Campaign, which aims to help more than four million Americans in five thousand under-served communities nationwide over the traditional holiday season.
