Throughout his high school years the athletic part of his character was dominate and the music side was still hidden. Robbie would freestyle as fun and never thought that this joking attitude would take him to what he was destined to do. The outgoing and distinctive artist took his unknown creativity to college with him at Montclair State where the music side of Robbie Maxx began to breakthrough.

While free styling and enjoying the college life Robbie Maxx came across Elijah Duplessis who is linked to iconic Wyclef Jean and super producer Jerry" Wonda" Duplessis. At that time his career began to catapult and be began working with Keith "Lil Wonda" Duplesiss head producer of Booga Basement studio.
For several years Robbie Maxx has invented himself as an artist that fascinates his fans with his imagination but also speak the real in his lyrics.
