Robbery at a Manchester credit union

According to a press release, Manchester Police reported that at approximately 9:20 a.m. on Tuesday, Dec. 31, 2013, the Digital Credit Union (DCU) on South Willow Street was robbed of an undisclosed amount of cash by a white male.

Police said the suspect entered the bank and demanded cash. The suspect is described as being in his mid-thirties and about 6’ 00” tall. He was last seen wearing a black, Nike jacket, gray gloves and a dark gray or black FOX Racing hat. The suspect also had a black ski mask covering the lower half of his face.

No weapon was shown and the suspect left the bank with an unknown amount of cash.

Police stated that since this was an active investigation, limited details were available. They request that anyone with information on a potential suspect should contact the Manchester Police Department at 668-8711, extension 5500. Anonymous tips for cash rewards can be made through Manchester Crimeline at 624-4040 or online at manchestercrimeline.org.
