Fresh on the heels of the release of the “Zombie Horror Picture Show,” his first ever concert film, Rob Zombie has announced an online film making contest. Fans that wish to enter the “Zombie Horror Picture Show” Challenge will need to make a three-minute horror film and submit the short by July 10.

Zombie is not offering any cash or prize of monetary value to the contest winner; instead the winning filmmaker will garner enormous bragging rights as his or her creation will premiere at and contest partners ZUUS Media and CraveOnline. The winner also will not be eligible for any royalty payments for the video.

The “Zombie Horror Picture Show” film was released on DVD, Blu-ray and long form digital video in May and promptly went to #1 on Billboard’s Music DVD chart. Filmed in Texas over the course of two nights, the concert film features Zombie and his band (Piggy D, John 5 and Ginger Fish) ripping through 16 of their hits and fan favorites.

Complete details on how to enter the “Zombie Horror Picture Show” Challenge can be found here.
