Rob Zombie will bring his electric stage show to the Seven Flags Event Center in Clive on Friday, July 18 at 8 p.m. Zombie released his fifth straight Top Ten studio album, entitled Venomous Rat Regeneration Vendor, in April of last year and is already working on material for his sixth, as of yet untitled, solo album. The eccentric writer, director, producer, and musician has ten Top 20 Rock singles to his credit dating back to his days fronting White Zombie. Tickets to the show are $39.50 in advance, and $45 at the door. They may be purchased at the Seven Flags box office and at all Ticketmaster outlets. Seven Flags has not yet secured an opener for this all ages concert.

Rock/rap quintet 311 will take the stage at the Val Air Ballroom in West Des Moines on Thursday, August 7 at 8 p.m. The band has racked eight Top 10 albums and fifteen Top 20 Alternative singles over 15 years of recording. On March 11, 311 released Stereolithic, their thirteen studio album. Tickets for the all ages show are $39.50, and they may be purchased through TicketWeb and the Val Air box office. No opening act has been announced yet for this concert.

Australian rockers the Sick Puppies will return to Des Moines on Thursday, July 31 for a show at Wooly's. The band released their latest album, Connect, last July and watched it climb to #17 on the Billboard 200, #2 on the Alternative chart, and #3 on the Rock chart. The Sick Puppies crossover sound has allowed them to chart singles in the Top Ten of the Adult Pop chart once, the Mainstream Rock chart four times, and the Alternative chart twice in the past eight years. Tickets for the show are $20 in advance and $22 at the door. They may be purchased through the Wooly's box office and Ticketfly. Like a Storm and Stars in Stereo will serve as openers for the 8 p.m. all ages event.
