Roaming dog finds baby and brings body back to owner in Oklahoma

A dog described as a "free spirit," discovered the body of a newborn baby girl on Saturday and brought it back to his Oklahoma City, Okla., home.

According to Sunday's WTVR News, nobody knows where the roaming dog found the infant's body, and a search of the area has revealed few clues, even with the help of K-9 units who are trained to track scents.

According to officials, the dog deposited his disturbing find around 7 a.m. at his owner's home on South Air Depot Boulevard.

Residents of the area are perplexed, describing their neighborhood as "quiet."

The authorities are reaching out to those who live in the area for help in solving the dark mystery.
