With over 1 Million new cases of skin cancer diagnosed each year, including 300 children; it’s time we got responsible. The example we set now, could prolong and enrich our livelihood and the livelihood of our youth.

Skin Cancer Facts in the United States:
*In 1999, there were an estimated 7,215 deaths caused by Melanoma.
*Last year in the United States (2008), a record breaking 62,480 Americans were diagnosed with Malignant Melanoma.
*Another 8, 420 lost their lives to this preventable form of skin cancer.
*And sadly, 300 children will be diagnosed this year with Childhood Melanoma, which health care experts hope will be on the down swing soon, thanks to UVSunSense Wristbands, awareness, education, and FREE Healthcare Screenings like the one offered here in this potentially life saving event.
