Ten countries representing four continents battling in seven matches will take over the United States from May 29 to June 7. And the first game for this quick marathon of international friendlies will take place at the at RFK stadium, for the 'Road to Brazil' venture.
On May 29 Turkey and Honduras will take over the Washington D.C. area for a friendly, as the Central America national team prepares for its appearance in the 2014 World Cup in Brazil. Tickets went on sale this week, as the Major League Soccer announced, and they can be purchased here.
Also, the FedExField in Landover, Md. is going to have a match up between the current soccer world champion and the seventh best national team in CONCACAF. Trying to prove they can still remain with the World Cup title, Spain will face off El Salvador on June 7 before heading to Brazil.
