"Rizzoli & Isles" season 4 continues next week with episode 11, "Judge, Jury and Executioner," and on Tuesday, Aug. 27, TNT aired a new sneak preview teasing the detectives' next case.
In this next "Rizzoli & Isles" episode, the case revolves around a mock trial advisor (A'da Alison Woolfolk) who dies tragically during a competition. Meanwhile, Angela's (Lorraine Bracco) financial problems may be revealed when her increased interest in selling brownies catches Jane's (Angie Harmon) attention. Finally, Tommy (Colin Egglesfield is back!) hires a lawyer (Chris Coppola) to settle his claim against the Storrow Center (from the season 3 finale, "No More Drama in My Life").
The "Judge, Jury and Executioner" promo to the left is all about the case. It begins with the mock trial advisor collapsing in court, and it looks like it was death by lethal injection, eerily fitting of the circumstances if the rest of the preview means what it seems to mean about this case. A man claims "it's because of her my son's dead," and we're assuming for the moment that he means the victim. Is that his motive for killing her, or is he just saying that he wanted her dead because of that but he didn't do it? Plus, don't forget to check out the slideshow for the promotional photos TNT has released from this episode.
