River City Pockets to host second stop for the Arizona Desert Classic pool tour (Photos)

River City Pockets, located at 1107 E. Bell Road in Phoenix, AZ, is hosting the second stop for the Arizona Desert Classic Tour's (DCT) 2013 campaign on Feb. 9-10. This event will be 10-ball, played on 7' tables, with $1000 added to the prize pool.

Format and details of the tournament:

Location: River City Pockets

1107 E. Bell Road, Phoenix, AZ

10-ball on 7' tables.

Start time for all events:

- Signup: 11 a.m.

- Draw: 12 p.m.

Play will begin immediately following the draw. No entries will be accepted after the draw.

Entry Fees for all events, including Season Finale:

♦ A+ players: $70

♦ A players: $50

♦ B players: $35

♦ C players: $25

There is a $50 annual Tour Membership fee, payable at 1st event played.

*Races:

Rotational games and 8-Ball Only:

♦ A+ players: 9

♦ A players: 8

♦ B players: 7

♦ C players: 6

Races will not be handicapped for State Championships, Qualifiers, or any game that isn't a rotational game or 8-Ball (examples: One Pocket, 14.1).

All tournaments are alternate break (with the exception of 14.1).

* The DCT reserves the right to modify races based on player participation.
