RITZ Crackers, a staple in American snacks, has joined forces with the flavor of bacon to give the people what they want, reported Foodbeast today. It only seems logical to combine America’s favorite RITZ crackers with the country’s seemingly growing favorite smoked meat product: bacon.

RITZ Bacon flavored Crackers consists of black pepper seasoning and a savory bacon flavor, and is available as you read this. Now you can get the satisfying bacon flavor you’ve been craving without the grease, cooking or overall hassle.

Yes, the bacon flavoring is artificial, so much so that nothing close to bacon is contained in the crackers, allowing it to be considered kosher certified, according to The Jerusalem Post. However it was reported that one taste tester said the cracker tasted like the real thing.

The Ritz Bacon flavored Crackers joins the other existing Ritz flavors: Buttery Garlic and Real Cheddar Cheese. For fun RITZ crackers recipes go to Snack Works.
