For the first RITUAL of 2012, only one theme could truly start the year off with a bang: gangster! This Friday, January 13 is RITUAL Speakeasy Gangster Theme at The Shelter.
While prohibition might be long over, The Shelter is like a modern day speakeasy for the Atlanta underground scene. Once in the doors, you'll feel right at home in your pinstripe suit and fedora, sipping some hooch and mingling with the locals. And the best part is you don't have to worry about any prohi's busting down the doors and ending the party early!
VJ Anthony and DJ Jennocide are teaming up to blast some swinging tunes that are sure to have the flappers flapping. Themed visuals will be up on the bar screens all night featuring some of the toughest, sexiest, and most notorious gangsters around.
It's been over a year since RITUAL has gone gangster, so this theme is long overdue. In fact, it was the theme for the first RITUAL party to be held at The Shelter. If you missed the first one, don't miss it again or we'll see you in the funny papers!
RITUAL Speakeasy will take place this Friday, January 13 at The Shelter. The Shelter is located at 2101 Tula St. NW 30309, where there is plenty of free parking. The cover for RITUAL is $10 for 21 and up. The doors will open at 9pm and close at 3am.
