Rita Vinieris debuts her evening wear collection at New York Fashion Week (Photos)

Rita Vinieris brings sumptuous textures, intricate beading and some seriously sinuous back details for her debut evening wear collection at the New York Fashion Week. As soon as the first model walked in on the ramp, we knew that Vinieris' Fall 2013 evening wear collection is going to be as elegant and luxurious as her beautiful bridal line Rivini. For her evening wear debut, bias cut gowns are draped sensuously and the simple cuts of dresses are enhanced with the lingerie-inspired construction. Rita says her collection is inspired by the simple, modern and monolithic style of American architect Louis Kahn, and the simplicity was projected well in her sleek gowns and dresses. Vinieris used hammered velvet, faille silk, lurex and lace for varying textural and tonal effects in her gowns and cocktail dresses and the result was a graceful, artistic and a very structured collection. The meticulous details like the beaded caplet on a black crepe gown, cowl back of a shimmering lurex gown and the ornate beading of the cocktail dresses brought forth the signature style and richness of Rita Vinieris creations. The Fall 2013 collection is a very promising start to the newest evening wear line by the designer.
