Rip In The Park to be the largest bootcamp in Denver

Aspen Core Fitness, makers of the wildly popular new fitness tool Rip Core FX, will be hosting Denver’s largest free bootcamp at Washington park on Saturday August 21st at 9am. Co-sponsors of the event include Qi Athletic Club, Gren X, mix1, Love Grown Foods, Larabar and A Time for You to Relax Massage.

Pete Holman, President of Aspen Core Fitness, will lead what is expected to be hundreds of participants through an hour-long workout utilizing their “3-D Training.” Which is designed to mimic real life movements. This three dimensional training is optimal for reducing injury risk, as well improving sports performance and body composition.

Currently only Colorado Athletic Clubs and Qi Athletic Clubs are the only Denver facilities to offer Rip Core FX training, making this event the ideal time for someone to learn more about what is surely to be the next fitness craze.

After the workout participants can enjoy free samples from each of he the aforementioned sponsors, a raffle to win prizes including a RIP CORE FX and Qi Athletic Club membership.

The workout begins at 9am sharp at Washington park north of the tennis courts near Kentucky and Downing streets.
