Mark Reale, guitarist and founder of the metal band Riot has been hospitalized and is presented in critical condition do to complications of Crohn's disease. It was also noted that Reale may not make the scheduled performance upon the 70,000 Ton of Metal Cruise to Grand Cayman.
Mark's dedication to the band has been insurmountable, he has struggled with this condition for most of his life and even recorded the latest efforts "Immortal Soul" with the pain associated with this disease. It is very unlikely that Reale will be able to make the upcoming shows as well as the anticipated Riot reunion show.
"We ask fans and friends of the band to pray for Mark's speedy recovery, and to support the band in our efforts to bring you the Riot reunion shows that have been so long in the making. While Mark's family insists on privacy during this difficult time, your prayers and good wishes will make it to his bedside until he is able to return to the stage." from the band.
