FOX debuts an all-new improve celebrity game show tonight called “Riot.” Based on a French show called “Anything Goes,” the show teams two celebrities with a talented comedic panel as they are forced to perform improve sketches, a la “Whose Line is It Anyway” meets “Wipe Out,” complete with surprising and unusual challenges.

The highlight of the show is a tilted 22 degree stage that could be used at any time for the sketches.

In tonight’s debut episode, for example, celebrity guest stars Andy Buckley and executive producer, Steve Carell and their teams must use questions only while in a minefield wearing harnesses. If someone doesn’t use the question is flung away to elimination.

If you are over the celebrity presence on shows, then watch for the talented cast of regulars – including John Ross Bowie, Jamie Denbo, Brian Palermo, Jordan Black, Jessica McKenna, Meryl Hathaway and Rob Gleeson and the clever host, Australian comedian and talk show host Rove McManus.

Other celebrity guests throughout the season include, Carell, Jason Alexander, D.L. Hughley, Cheryl Hines, Tom Green, Chris Kattan, Mayim Bialik, David Arquette, Oscar Nunez, Andy Dick, Orlando Jones, Nicole Sullivan, Michael Ian Black, Will Sasso, Andy Buckley and Rob Delaney.

Catch “Riot” Tuesdays at 9:00 p.m. on FOX.
