People who have never been to a Hollywood Walk of Fame star ceremony before and don't know what to expect might be interested in this advice we received today from Ana Martinez-Holler, the vice president of media relations and producer of the Hollywood Walk of Fame ceremonies (or Queen of the Walk of Fame):
"All ceremonies done with the public in mind. It is a standing event and the star VIP and guest areas are set up in rectangular shaped area created with barricades. Fans stand outside the barricades.
"Not sure how many people will attend or how many at this point. I expect a large amount. We will have a Jumbotron which will show the event as well and prior to that various videos of wof ceremonies.
"We just ask that if fans are coming early that they ccoperate during set up of event so that all can enjoy and share in the peace and love of this special day!"
And at the bottom is a slideshow with pictures of some of the recent Hollywood Walk of Fame honorees. We'll be able to add Ringo Starr to that list as of Monday.

Wow, it's amazing to know Anjelica Huston didn't have her star until last January!!
Now... let's make a campaign to give Paul a star!
Heloisa, Brazil: Paul can get one as soon as he sets the date. He's been approved. All he has to do is set up the ceremony. But so far, he hasn't.
