Ring them bells - support small doll businesses

Ring them bells, as you step into doll stores! Let them know how much of a devoted doll collector you are. Step in, look around, seek your hearts desires of the doll world.

During the holiday season, you may have seen commercials asking us to support our local businesses; our local businesses who are working to serve us with great products and to create jobs; and in doing so, building our economy. Doll businesses are no different of course; doll businesses in the local areas of New York.

Even though the holiday season is over, it doesn’t mean you should stop supporting your local doll stores. As our big department stores do, doll shops have much to offer, but with a flare that is unique. What do I mean by that. I’ll explain.

Easter, African History, Birthdays, dolls based on story characters like Dr. Seuss, The Adventures of Alice And Wonderland, doll brooches. What does all this mean? Doll stores such as Madame Alexander, EthiDolls, Tonner Doll Company and New York doll artists Nancy Wiley, and Tonya Dyce have created dolls such as these fine subjects. And they are made with the very fineness of doll artistry.

But don’t take my word for it. Visit these doll stores and artists online and view for yourself and see how their flare shines and measures up just as well amongst our bigger and brighter stores.

Ring them bells, and announce not only your presence in these terrific doll shops and web shops, but announce your support.

Happy Doll Day Shopping!
