While Ryan Seacrest will host the festivities in Times Square, those who are not in a New York state of mind can look to PBS, NBC, FOX, CNN and MTV and more for televised celebrations. CBS will carry on with its regularly scheduled shows.

At 10 p.m ET, CNN will feature Anderson Cooper and his favorite co-hosting train wreck, Kathy Griffin. CNN is also good for viewing celebrations as they happen around the world.
