Ring in the new year with attainable fitness New Year's resolutions

See also

Every year New Year’s resolutions are made.

They can be random!

They can be the same as you did last year!

For some reason you find yourself writing a list of goals, but how many of us actually stick to them.

Most common New Year’s resolutions contain a goal to either lose weight or exercise more.

As you prepare to write a list of resolutions for 2014, think about jotting down a few fitness goals that realistically you want to obtain.

Maybe your list might consist of building the perfect core, losing a few pounds or just simply trying to stick to a work out regiment.

Or maybe this upcoming New Year, you’re looking to trying something new.

For instance, adding yoga or water aerobics class to your routine.

Whatever the case might be now is the time to start your list and stick to it!

Remember to select and list reachable short-term goals and keep a work out log to monitor your progress.

Make 2014 a new year for a new you!
