According to Glamour UK on Feb. 25, Rihanna came to Chris Brown’s defense in a recent interview, claiming Chris Brown is “not the monster everyone thinks.”
"For a long time he was really angry... There's so many reasons why I ever reconsidered having him in my life. He's not the monster everyone thinks. He's a good person. He has a fantastic heart... He's giving and loving. And he's fun to be around. That's what I love about him – he always makes me laugh.”
Rihanna has been soundly criticized for getting back together with Brown after he assaulted her in 2009 at a pre-Grammy Awards party. Ri-Ri confirmed her relationship with Brown last month and the couple sparked engagement rumors due to a ring Rihanna had on the fourth finger of her left hand. No wedding plans have been announced yet.
Recently, Rihanna’s dad, Ronald Fenty, said he forgave Chris Brown for what happened and knows that his daughter is happy with him. He would like to see the pair marry and start a family.
When Rihanna was asked about having children, she quipped, “Hell yeah, but wish I could order them.”
