Rihanna blew off the “People’s Choice Awards” and ended up spending the evening across the street from the awards watching a Clippers game. Rihanna won the “Favorite R&B Artist” award, but wasn’t there to claim it, according to TMZ.
It’s ironic how fame changes people, as when Rihanna first started out, she was so excited when winning her first awards. Many believe the “People’s Choice Awards” have meaning since it is the fans that pick the winners.
The Clippers game was amazing according to sports reports, so Rihanna didn’t have a disappointing night at the game. Even if she changed her mind half-way through the game, her jeans, sweatshirt and sideways baseball cap would keep her from joining the crowd across the street, or would it? This is Rihanna after all!
