High off weed and alcohol...? perhaps they were but Rihanna had nothing to do with it!!!
Yesterday morning TMZ reported that Rihanna's tour buses were stopped at the border between Michigan and Canada and according to TMZ, law enforcement officers say they found WEED!!!
"A total of 10 buses were stopped at the Ambassador Bridge, which separates Windsor, Canada and Detroit. Inspectors smelled marijuana on one of the buses and initiated a secondary, bus-to-bus search.
Inspectors then brought drug-sniffing dogs on board, and one of them made a beeline for a passenger and authorities found he was in possession of pot. We're told he was cited with a civil penalty."

Not impressed and NOT surprised is the understatement of the year. First of all, Rihanna was not on any of the buses and even after searching each of the 10 buses they only found ONE person on ONE bus that was actually in possession of marijuana.... and it was obviously a small amount of marijuana because he was only cited with a "civil penalty"... and honestly who really cares? It could've been much worse, because everybody knows that one guy's stash wasn't enough ganja for the entire bus... I'm sure the rest of that weed is with Rih, safe and sound and ready to be browned...
