Rihanna's family want her back with Chris Brown after infidelity-fueled beating

Rihanna’s relatives want her to go back to Chris Brown even though she was the victim of domestic violence at his hands.

Though Rihanna has tried to put the domestic violence incident behind her, it continues to haunt her, and she’s usually asked about it in most of her interviews.

In a recent interview with the National Enquirer, Rihanna’s cousinsNicola Alleyneand Amanda Thomas expressed a desire to see Rihanna reunited with Chris Brown.

Rihanna’s cousins say they have forgiven Chris for the vicious beat down which they both refer to his assault on Rihanna as a “mistake,” even though it earned Chris Brown 5 years probation and 6 months of community service.

The incident has continued to plague both Chris Brown and Rihanna, and is constantly referred to in media coverage about them, and TV interviews.

In fact, the constant questioning caused Chris Brown to angrily trash a dressing room and break a studio window after an interview with Robin Roberts onGood Morning America in which she asked him about the domestic violence incident with Rihanna which is now 2 years old.

Rumors that Rihanna Wants to Reconcile with Chris

According to All Hip Hop, Rihanna has trying to find a way to get Chris Brown back, even though he is reported to be dating model Carrueche Tran right now. See 2 Major Obstacles to Taking a Cheater Back

She reconnected with Chris Brown by adding him to the list of people she follows on Twitter, and he added Rihanna in return.

Rihanna’s cousin, Nicola told the National Enquirer, “I would love them to be back together. I really think Chris still loves her.”

Earlier this year at the request of his attorney, Chris Brown’s restraining order was modified by the judge to facilitate his attendance at music industry events.

Now the two can interact with each other as long as Chris doesn’t “harass, bother or molest” Rihanna.

The judgecommended Brown for probation taking responsibility and working diligently to complete all the things the court required of him, and said she would not have considered relaxing the order without Rihanna's consent.

Rihanna cautioned her fans and the media not to make too much of her consent to have the restraining order relaxed, explaining that she only did it so Chris could more easily carry on with his career.

Show Biz Spy reported that Rihanna said, ““It doesn’t mean we’re gonna make up, or even talk again. It just means I didn’t want to object to the judge. We don’t have to talk again ever in my life. I just didn’t want to make it more difficult for him professionally . . . Saying he has to be a hundred feet away from me, he can’t perform at awards shows, that definitely made it difficult for him.”

Rihanna’s Relatives Feel Chris Has Learned His Lesson

Either that, or they aren’t taking the domestic violence episode between Rihanna and Chris seriously.

Nicola commented to the National Enquirer, “ . . . I forgive him. I think he got hit too. Knowing Rihanna like I do, it was a fight.”

Both cousins seem focused on how “nice” Chris Brown seemed when he met them and other members of Rihanna’s family.

Said Nicola, “He was really, really nice. . . My mother made dinner, and Chris sat on the floor and ate her Guyanese food – baked salt fish and rice.”
