Rihanna announced her new album last night on one of her biggest chat rooms, Rihannadaily.com. The pop singer stated the new album will be called LOUD and had this to say about the concept:
"Get LOUD everybody, get crazy, get excited, cuz im pumped, im just gonna be ME, cuz thats what u guys love the most, and thats what makes me feel best! just being normal, normal for me is LOUD! sassy, fun, flirty, energetic."
She also released the full length version of Only Girl (In the World) exclusively on RyanSeacrest.com. The song is a nice contrast from her previous releases off of Rated R and represents the concept of LOUD to the fullest. Accompanied by a fist pumping electro beat Rihanna pleads for her lover to give her all his attention.

The singer's voice remains monotone and silky on the verses then bursts into a commanding chorus.

This new track only confirms rumors of Rihanna's departure from the dark side of Rated R's lead single Russian Roulette to a more high energy kick that is sure to return Rihanna fans to the dance floor.
