Rihanna restraining order is topping celebrity news headlines today as the Huffington Post reported this Thursday, Feb. 28, that the “Stay” singer has gotten a restraining order against a man who reportedly attempted to break into her home amid Chris Brown wedding rumors this week.
The Rihanna restraining order against break-in suspect, Steveland Barrow, is not for breaking into her own home, but her neighbor’s house, notes TMZ. The burglar allegedly thought the neighbor’s house was RiRi’s, while the suspect is charged with stealing property and sleeping in the neighbor’s bed because he thought that Rihanna had previously slept in it.
Unfortunately, Barrow was released from police custody this week, but cannot be found this week, Rihanna’s lawyer noted in an interview.
Rihanna’s first big restraining order was toward none other than her current boyfriend, Chris Brown, who was ruled to have to stay at least 100 feet away from the R&B singer following his beating of her a few years ago. RiRi later asked that the order be lessened to a “level one” offense (that Brown could simply not annoy or harass her).
Perez Hilton also noted this Wednesday that new rumors are surrounding the talented “Stay” singer this week. Rihanna and Chris Brown are allegedly interested in planning a wedding this July, though these initial reports from sources close to the back together couple remain unconfirmed.
