Rihanna covers the April edition of Elle UK, and photos – one in particular – have already been leaked. The singer smolders in a halter top, turned sideways to show maximum skin and just a bit of ink, reveals Daily Mail on Tuesday, Feb. 19.
The photographs were taken in Paris, by fashion photographer Mariano Vivanco, in conjunction with the Fashion Week preview and March 4 release of Rihanna’s new clothing line for River Island. Is it any wonder Rihanna’s photos leaked? Perfect timing.
The shots feature a sexy and sophisticated Rihanna in a series of monochromatic outfits – a look she favors in the coming design line. The most-shown photo so far is more color block, with a stark white (and very bare) top paired with a deep sapphire miniskirt.
On Saturday, Rihanna made a cameo catwalk appearance at a London Fashion Week show, previewing her own line, but the full showing will happen in March. Among all the current celebrities turned designers, Rihanna seems to stand out, with a classy but affordable look.
Meanwhile, sources report that all is not well – already – between Rihanna and Chris Brown, with whom the singer recently reconciled. Most of her fans will be pleased to hear it. When a lover does the unforgivable, it’s, well, unforgivable.
But it looks as if all is well with the knee injury, brought about when an over-zealous London fan lobbed a bottle at Rihanna outside a nightclub, screaming imprecations toward Brown. Why attack the innocent party?
