Rihanna, Lady Gaga among 2012 Juno Award nominees

Rihanna and Lady Gaga are among those nominated for 2012 Juno Awards. Confirmed as nominees Tuesday, they are joined by Drake, Justin Bieber, Melanie Fiona, Robin Thicke and more.

The Canadian Academy of Recording Arts and Sciences (CARAS) revealed the list of nominees at a press conference in Toronto Tuesday morning, honoring top Canadian and International recording artists.

While Drake leads the pack with a total of four nominations, the International Album of the Year category is occupied by collaborator, Rihanna.

"Loud," her fifth studio album featuring their collaboration "What's My Name ?" is up for an award in that category along with Lady Gaga's "Born This Way" and Adele's "21".

Coldplay's "Mylo Xyloto" and LMFAO's "Sorry For Party Rocking," round out the International Album of the Year category.

Robin Thicke and Melanie Fiona join Jully Black, JRDN and Karl Wolfe in the R&B/Soul Recording of the Year field for their respective singles "Pretty Lil Heart" and "Gone and Never Coming Back".

Hosted by William Shatner, the 2012 Juno Awards are set to air Live! on CTV Sunday, April 1 from Scotiabank Place in Ottawa.
