Katy Perry is not at all supportive of Rihanna’s decision to get back together with Chris Brown. Rihanna and Katy were once close friends, but Katy’s taken a few steps back from the friendship because of Rihanna’s choice to bring Brown back into her life, according to the New York Daily News on Wednesday, Feb 13, 2013.
Just look back at last year’s Grammy Awards and remember how Katy and Rihanna hung out together like best friends during that time. This year there was a good distance between the two as Rihanna was with Brown. Katy stayed close to John Mayer, but if Rihanna hadn’t taken Brown back, Katy and Rihanna would most likely have engaged in some type of conversation.
While many of Rihanna’s fans have frowned upon her choice to bring Brown back into her life, very few notable names have made their feelings known on the rekindled relationship. Apparently Katy is not at all happy to see her good friend go that road again and she isn't afraid to show it.
After the Grammy Awards, Rihanna was caught in pictures with Brown smoking what looked like a blunt. The two were at a party where other people who attended the party said the entire establishment reeked of pot smoke, according to TMZ.
Brown, who is still on probation, got behind the wheel of the car and drove off with Rihanna by his side when they left the party. TMZ reminded their readers that Brown was still on probation and driving under the influence of pot could get him in trouble, if that's what was in the blunt-like object the couple was sharing. It looks like these two just might be a couple who enjoy living on the edge.
